Technology steps inside the company
Vertical is the most hands-on program of the Innovation Bridge Foundation. Each session is a thematic deep dive that brings the tools, methods and use cases of digital innovation straight to the places where decisions are made: offices, technology hubs, research centers.
Unlike our Keynotes, which are open to the public, Vertical sessions are designed for small groups of professionals, company teams and decision makers. The format is the flipped classroom: people who know the technology from the inside (COOs, CTOs, practitioners) explain how they integrated it into their own organization, through real cases, mistakes included.
Every session ends with an open discussion among participants. Not a conference, but a shared thinking lab.

On June 18, 2026, the Innovation Bridge Foundation brought its Vertical inside the technology hub that hosts the Humans.tech offices, one of the area's most advanced spaces for experimenting with and developing AI solutions.
The session was led by Marco Ciotoli, COO of Humans.tech, who took the floor together with some of his team to show, from the inside, how CoWork and AI tools fit into the daily life of an organization: from decision-making processes to cross-team collaboration, from knowledge management to the automation of repetitive tasks.
