The Innovation Bridge Foundation (ETS, an Italian non-profit entity) was established on 31 July 2024 with a clear purpose: to build a bridge between technology and people — starting from Italy.
Innovation Bridge is a non-profit foundation in Italy's Terzo Settore (third sector). Our goal is to spread technology culture and artificial intelligence literacy, turning digital transformation from a perceived threat into a concrete opportunity.
We do this every day through free, open events, hands-on training for companies, and journeys to the places where the future is built. In a connected world, geographic borders are no longer a limit: any community — even one that seems far from the major innovation hubs — can be a protagonist of the technology revolution, not a spectator.
We support the creation and growth of new companies through mentorship programs, and we build networks across generations, sectors and institutions. Day by day, this builds the virtuous circle that fuels local development.

Entrepreneurs, managers, professionals and decision-makers with the power to invest, choose and set direction. Technology has often raced past them, with no one waiting for them to catch up. Innovation Bridge is the place to make up ground — without embarrassment, and with a clear method.
University students, recent graduates and under-30s. They are the future in every sense, yet too often they are left out of the rooms where decisions are made. That is why our international delegations always include young people alongside entrepreneurs.
This bridge creates value in both directions: decision-makers bring resources and context, young people bring fresh perspectives and courage. Real innovation always comes from this cross-pollination.

The Innovation Bridge Foundation was created to change this. We believe the decisions we make today about artificial intelligence, digital transformation and technological innovation will shape the world we live in tomorrow. And we believe these decisions must be made consciously: not out of inertia, not out of fear, not out of fashion.
We believe every Italian community — including small towns far from the big hubs — has the opportunity to play an active role in the digital transition under way: to learn, connect and take part as a protagonist in what is happening in San Francisco, Shenzhen and Berlin. Innovation Bridge exists to turn that opportunity into reality, every day.
That is why we organize keynotes open to everyone. That is why we take delegations of entrepreneurs, joined by university students, into the factories of the future and the headquarters of the companies reshaping the world. That is why we create networking spaces where different generations meet, challenge each other and cross-pollinate.
We are not an academy, not a trade association, not a trade fair. We are a bridge: between those who know and those who want to understand, between Italy and the world, between those deciding today and those who will live tomorrow. Between technology and people.
