A seat at the table with those leading change.
Companies that support Innovation Bridge are not buying visibility. They choose to belong to a community that brings Italian companies into the future — from Silicon Valley to Shenzhen — and gives back part of what it has received.
They have already signed on
On 31 July 2024, nine companies signed the Foundation's founding charter alongside fourteen individuals. Other companies have joined along the way as supporting members. The list is public. And it is a signature on Italy's future.
What it means to be on the inside
No advertising metrics to report: relationships, access and the certainty of standing with those who lead. That is what members find in the Foundation.
A network that actually meets
Entrepreneurs, managers, academics and institutions who meet in person: at Vertical sessions, community evenings and delegations. Not a list of contacts — relationships that work.
Doors no one opens alone
The Foundation's delegations have been inside Google, Meta, Tencent, Alibaba and Xiaomi, and in the offices of Italy's institutional network around the world. Members get priority access to every mission, including with their own staff.
Members-only Verticals
Closed-door sessions that bring AI and innovation inside your company: real-world cases, peer to peer, before they reach the public agenda. Reserved for members and their teams.
Your name alongside those who lead
Your company's logo and name on the website, official materials and events. Not advertising: the public signature of those who chose to be part of it — in front of clients, employees and talent.
A voice in the agenda
Members propose topics and projects: a direct channel to bring the needs of their company — and of the country — into the Foundation's programs.
The talent looking ahead
University students on scholarships travel with the Foundation's delegations and programs: Italy's best young minds get to know first-hand the companies bringing them into the future.
Three ways to belong. One community
The annual contribution is deductible as a charitable donation (art. 83 of the Third Sector Code, Italy's non-profit law). Admission is decided by a resolution of the Assembly of Founding Members: membership is a mutual choice.

They are the 14 individuals and 9 companies that established the Foundation on 31 July 2024: a historic category, no longer open to new members. Today, the Visionary Member level carries on that legacy of commitment and vision.
Not the right time for a membership commitment? You can support a specific project (a scholarship, a keynote open to the public, a delegation seat for a student) with a one-off charitable donation — also tax-deductible.
How to join
We are not looking for sponsors: we recognize fellow travelers. That is why joining takes a resolution, not a payment.

The Assembly's resolution
Admission is decided by a resolution of the Assembly of Founding Members within 30 days of your expression of interest. It is not an automatic sign-up: that is what gives value to the list of those on the inside.
Welcome to the community
Once membership is formalized and the fee is paid, you receive a kit to announce your membership, access to the General Assembly and a dedicated contact person for every activity, from missions to Verticals.
“Someone, before you, built the bridges you crossed. Giving back part of what you have received, expecting nothing in return, is the most mature act of success. And it is what holds this community together.”
The questions entrepreneurs ask us
No. It is a charitable donation with no commercial consideration: visibility and access to activities are benefits of belonging, not payment for services. That is also why the contribution qualifies for the tax treatment reserved for Italy's Third Sector (non-profit sector).
Relationships built face to face, access to places and people no company reaches alone, training for your staff, and the reputation of standing with those leading change. If you are after a direct advertising return, you will find better tools elsewhere — and we are happy to say so.
Yes. The contribution is treated as a charitable donation under art. 83 of Legislative Decree 117/2017 (Third Sector Code): companies can deduct it from business income up to 10% of total income or €30,000 per year. The Foundation issues a formal tax receipt in the company's name.
Admission is decided by a resolution of the Assembly of Founding Members. It is not an automatic sign-up: the Foundation checks that the applicant company is aligned with its mission and values. You receive an answer within 30 days of your expression of interest. And it is this selection that gives value to the list of those on the inside.
No: the Founding Members are the 14 individuals and 9 companies that established the Foundation in 2024. It is a historic category, no longer open to new members. The highest membership level today is Visionary Member (€25,000/year), designed for companies that want a leading role in the life of the Foundation.
Yes, with priority access. Members receive a preferential invitation to every mission organized by the Foundation. Participants cover their own costs (flights, hotel, transfers); the Foundation organizes company visits, institutional networking and preparatory briefings.
You are not required to attend anything. The annual contribution grants rights, not obligations. The General Assembly typically meets once a year; participation in missions, keynotes and Verticals is always voluntary.
Membership covers the company as an entity. There are no limits for keynotes open to the public; for invitation-only events and members-only Verticals, numbers vary by format. Visionary Members can also attend with their own staff and company representatives.
Yes. Withdrawal is voluntary and governed by the Bylaws: you give written notice and it takes effect from the following year. The current year's contribution is non-refundable.
The Regulations (art. 10, para. 3) require the contribution to be paid within 12 months of joining. In case of non-payment, the Foundation may start the lapse-of-membership procedure. If paying is difficult, a payment plan can always be arranged: contact us before the deadline.
A contribution that is deductible, by law
Under art. 83, para. 2 of Legislative Decree 117/2017 (Third Sector Code), monetary charitable donations made by entities and companies to Third Sector Entities registered with RUNTS (the Italian national non-profit register) are deductible from business income up to 10% of declared income. Alternatively, under art. 100, para. 2, letter h) of the TUIR (Italian income tax code), they are deductible up to 2% of business income: the more favorable regime applies.
Keep your proof of payment and the official receipt issued by the Foundation. To choose the most advantageous regime and keep the correct accounting records, consult your accountant.
