Articles of Association and Bylaws
The deed of incorporation and the Articles of Association are the certified notarial copy of the deed by which the Foundation was established on 31 July 2024. The General Bylaws implement the Articles of Association and govern how the Foundation works day to day: member categories, governing bodies, participation in activities and code of ethics. Their art. 36 requires publication on this website. Both documents are in Italian only.
Minutes and records
The minutes of the members' assemblies and of the Board of Directors are official documents drawn up and kept by the Foundation. They are made public in line with the transparency principles required of ETS organizations (Third Sector Entities, Italy's non-profit legal status).
