Board of Directors
Appointed by the Assembly of Founding Members on 23 October 2024, the Board is made up of 14 members representing both individual founders and founding companies. It serves a three-year term.

Statutory Auditor
Francesco Cerilli
Under Article 25 of the Bylaws, the Sole Auditor oversees compliance with the law and the Articles of Association, verifies the accuracy of the financial statements and attends Board meetings without voting rights. Francesco Cerilli is also a founding member of the Foundation.
The regulatory framework
Under Article 15 of the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors is appointed by the Assembly of Founding Members and has between three and fifteen members. It handles the ordinary and extraordinary administration of the Foundation, though it does not represent the Foundation externally. It approves objectives and programs and reviews management results.
Board members serve for three financial years from their appointment and can be reappointed. The President of the Foundation, who legally represents the organization, is appointed separately by the Assembly of Founding Members.
