On Friday 22 May 2025, the historic halls of Castello Boncompagni Viscogliosi in Isola del Liri hosted the first Networking evening of the Innovation Bridge Foundation (ETS, Italy's non-profit legal status). The event was conceived not as a celebration for its own sake, but as a moment of genuine connection between people who believe in the value of change and in the power of relationships.
Beneath the vaults of a castle steeped in centuries of local history, entrepreneurs, institutions, professionals and friends of the Foundation came together for a unique evening: a chance to look to the future with the confidence of those who know where they come from.

A gourmet menu by Heinz Beck
The evening was graced by the extraordinary presence of Chef Heinz Beck, who holds three Michelin stars with his restaurant La Pergola in Rome and is widely regarded as one of the great masters of contemporary Italian cuisine.
Chef Beck personally curated a gourmet menu crafted for the occasion, turning dinner into a sensory experience woven through the guests' conversations and encounters.
Heinz Beck's cuisine is philosophy: every dish tells a story of rigour, creativity and respect for local ingredients. An approach that resonates deeply with the values of Innovation Bridge.
