The Verticals
Themed deep-dive sessions that bring digital innovation tools, methods and case studies directly into companies, hubs and institutions across the region.
What the Verticals are
Technology
enters the company
The Verticals are Innovation Bridge's most applied programme: themed deep-dive sessions that bring the tools, methods and use cases of digital innovation directly into the places where decisions are made — offices, technology hubs, research centres.
Unlike the open-to-the-public Keynotes, the Verticals are designed for small groups of professionals, company teams and decision-makers. The format is that of the inverted lectern: those who know the technology from the inside — COOs, CTOs, practitioners — share how they have integrated it into their own organisation, with real cases, mistakes included.
Each session closes with an open discussion among participants. Not a conference, but a shared thinking laboratory.
Thematic
Each Vertical focuses on a specific topic: AI in business, process automation, productivity tools, managing technological change.
On site
Sessions are held in partner companies' premises or in the region's technology hubs. The physical context is part of the experience.
Peer-to-peer
Speakers are professionals who have already walked the path. No abstract theory: only verifiable experiences and immediately applicable tools.
By invitation
Participants are selected to ensure a high-quality exchange. The small group size is a feature, not a limitation.
«Understanding how another company solved a problem you also face is worth more than any course. That is what the Verticals are: knowledge circulating among peers.» — Giancarlo De Leonardo, President

Bringing CoWork
into the company
How to integrate artificial intelligence and collaboration tools into the real workflows of an organisation. A hands-on session with those who do it every day.
The session
On 18 June 2026, Fondazione Innovation Bridge brought its Vertical into the technology hub that houses the offices of Humans.tech, one of the region's most advanced spaces for experimentation and development of AI solutions.
The session's lead speaker was Marco Ciotoli, COO of Humans.tech, who took the floor alongside some of his colleagues to share — from the inside — how CoWork and artificial intelligence tools are concretely embedded into the daily life of an organisation: from decision-making processes to team collaboration, from knowledge management to the automation of repetitive tasks.
A direct, unfiltered exchange between those who have already made the journey and those who are considering taking it.
Topics covered
- How to introduce CoWork into an already structured organisation
- Resistance to change: how Humans.tech managed it
- Which processes to automate first — and why
- Internal knowledge management with AI tools
- Measurable metrics and results after adoption
«AI is an extraordinarily powerful tool and represents a huge opportunity for companies that are willing to look to the future.» — Marco Ciotoli, COO Humans.tech
